Throughout her career, she has partnered with executive leadership teams to strengthen governance, improve decision clarity and align strategic ambition with disciplined delivery across large-scale transformation initiatives. Her expertise combines governance rigour with practical execution, helping organisations turn transformation intent into sustainable outcomes.

As Founder of the African Transformation Governance Forum (ATGF), Natasha brings together senior transformation leaders across Africa to exchange insight, strengthen governance maturity and advance leadership capability in the digital age.

Alongside her work as Founder of ATGF, Natasha works privately with a limited number of professional women responsible for projects, programmes and transformation across Africa and internationally.

Her coaching and mentoring partnership is shaped around each participant’s real work, priorities and professional context. It can support women who want to strengthen project delivery, improve governance and stakeholder engagement, navigate organisational politics, increase their influence or think strategically about their next stage of leadership.

There is no fixed curriculum or prescribed timetable. Each engagement combines reflective coaching, experience - led mentoring, constructive challenge and practical application.
